2 packages frozen O’Brien potatoes (diced with onion and peppers) 1-2 bunches diced green onions 1 recipe white sauce for Macaroni and Cheese, using: – 4 cups liquid – 6 tbsp butter – 6 tbsp flour Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325° until hot and bubbly, about 40 minutes.
