Hunza Bread

1 package active dry yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
3/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees)

Mix and knead. Let rise.

Shape into two loaves and place into lightly greased 7×3 inch loaf pans. Allow to rise until doubled in volume, but not more than an inch above the top of the pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
