Bulgher Salad with Chickpeas

Mix all ingredients together, adjust ingredients to taste.

bulgher, cooked, cooled and fluffed (it should be fairly dry)
cucumber
parsley
mint
red onion (chop fine and let it sit in very cold water for at least 15 minutes, then drain)
pistachios, whole and salted
chickpeas
lemon juice
olive oil
salt, pepper
feta cheese
