Hot Chocolate Mix

Required adding milk later

1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup Saco cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cardamom
1/8 tsp cloves

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight canister. Makes 8 servings.

Hot chocolate

8 – 10 ounces non-fat soy milk
25 grams Hot Chocolate Mix, or to taste

Measure the chocolate mix into a mug, then stir a few ounces of cold soymilk into it until it is smooth. Heat in a microwave until it comes to a boil. Watch carefully and stir occasionally. It will take less than a minute. Add the remainder of the soy milk and heat until it is your desired temperature.

Dry milk powder added; water only needed to reconstitute

15 grams (1/4 cup) dry milk powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp turmeric, optional
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp to 1 tbsp sugar
