Cincinnati Chili

2 lbs ground chuck
2 quarts water
4 medium onions
2 cloves garlic
16 oz tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
2-3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
4 dried red peppers (or 6 drops tabasco sauce)
5-6 bay leaves
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp ground cumin
salt

Boil the meat in the water until it all falls apart. Add the other ingredients and cook 4+ hours. Add water as it cooks down.

Serve with spaghetti, grated cheddar cheese, oyster crackers and tabasco sauce. Optional: chopped onions, kidney beans, a hot dog in a bun.
