Coffee Bavarian Cream

1 – 1.5 tbsp instant coffee or espresso powder
1 tbsp Kahlua or brandy
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup ice water, divided
ground cinnamon for garnish

Stir coffee granules, brandy and 1 tbsp warm water together until the coffee has dissolved.Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and set aside to soften, about 5 minutes.

In a blender, conbine cream cheese, dry milk, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup ice water. Blend on low speed until smooth.

Heat the gelatin mixture until the gelatin dissolves. Add this to the cream cheese mixture and combine briefly. Add the final 1/2 cup of ice water and blend.

Divide the mixture between 4 dessert dishes and refrigerate until firm. Sprinkle each dish with a bit of cinnamon.
