1 cup plain yogurt
3 cups tomato juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 small onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp salt
parsley (as a garnish)
Stir all ingredients together. Chill for four hours.
Garnish with parsley when serving.
