Crustless Peach Pie

1/2 cup sugar (2/3 cup if you want it very sweet)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
24 ounces peeled and sliced fresh peaches

Mix the sugar, flour and salt together. Stir in the egg until well blended. Add the butter.

Mix in the cut up peaches. Fold together well with a rubber spatula.

Place the peaches in a buttered 8×8 Pyrex dish, or a 9″ pie plate. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes, until the mixture bubbles and the peaches test done.
