5 cups rolled oats
4 oz mixed nuts (walnuts, Brazil notes, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, cashews)
2 oz mixed seeds (chia, poppy, sunflower, sesame, flaxseed, pumpkin)
4 oz mixed dried fruit (blueberries, cranberries, sour cherries, apricots, figs, raisins)
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp freshly ground coffee
3/4 tsp salt
grated rind of 1/2 orange
Roast oats, nuts, and seeds together at 350, for 10 minutes. Stir halfway through the roasting time. Cool.
Mix all ingredients together, then pulse in batches in a food processor until finely ground.
Use as dried cereal, cooked cereal, in smoothies.
