3/4 cup organic masa harina
6 cups water
Cook until it has simmered for 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
Melt in very hot water:
40 grams cocoa powder
5 tablets 100% chocolate
Add the chocolate to the hot masa harina.
Pour carefully into mason jars, leaving them about 1/3 to 1/2 full. Cool, put lids on, and refrigerate. This should make about 7 jars.
When doing final preparation, stir the mixture well to minimize lumping, add soy milk bit by bit, stirring well, and heat to desired temperature.
