Baked Tofu

8 ounces extra-firm tofu
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp ground pepper

Slice the tofu in 1/2″ slabs. Marinate in the combined soy sauce, oil and pepper, at least 30 minutes.

Place on parchment paper on a baking pan.

Back at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes on each side. Delicious warm or cold.
