1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Zest from one orange
1 tsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar
Cream together butter and sugar. Add flour, pecans, orange zest, and vanilla. Roll into small balls, 14-17 grams each, and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until light brown.
Let cool, then roll in powdered sugar. Makes about 4 dozen.
