8 ounces lite cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tsp fresh ginger paste
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp finely ground black pepper
4 ounces smoked salmon, minced
Place everything but the salmon in a mixing bowl and mix (paddle attachment) until smooth. Add the smoked salmon and adjust seasonings if needed. Refrigerate overnight to let flavors meld. Perhaps adjust the seasonings again … I added more lemon juice, dill and tabasco sauce! (December 2018)
