Sourdough German Pancakes

Serve with lemon juice and powdered sugar.

For 10″ pie pan:

130 grams sourdough starter
1 3/4 ounces milk
1/3 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
salt
[1 1/2 tbsp butter for pan]

Preheat oven to 375°. Place the pie pan inside, including the butter.

Mix all ingredients together. Preferably they will be at room temperature.

Pour into sizzling butter in the pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes for 10″ pie pan.

For 9″ pie pan:

87 grams sourdough starter
1.17 ounces milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
salt
[1 1/4 tbsp butter for pan]

Bake for 11-13 minutes.

For 6″ pie pan:

43 grams sourdough starter
0.55 ounces milk
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 eggs
salt
[1 tbsp butter for pan]

Bake for 9-11 minutes.
