3/8 cup + 2 tsp sugar
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp + 2 tsp oats
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, divided
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter
additional tbsp butter or mashed dates (to substitute for one raw egg)
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add remaining ingredients. Mix well, then roll each tbsp of dough into a ball. Coat in additional coconut.
