rice paper wrappers (large, round)
shredded carrot
iceberg lettuce
rice vermicelli
scallions
Thai basil
tofu (drained)
cucumbers
sprouts (radish; bean)
red pepper
grated cabbage
Peanut Sauce
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
water to thin peanuts
1/2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp chili sauce
lime juice
Plum Sauce
1 cup bottled sweet plum sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
2 – 4 tbsp sugar
1.5 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tbsp flour
Combine and bring to a boil gently on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool.
